Hacienda La Isla Lodge

Hacienda La Isla is located in the foothills of the impressive Braullio Carillo National Park. The lodge is built in the Hispanic colonial style and is close to the many attractions of the Sarapiqui area.

Rooms: There are 12 rooms at 2 suites at the lodge.

Dining: Dining occurs in the open air restaurant with a lovely thatched palm roof. The restaurant is situated at the edge of the lagoon and with views of the rainforest. The menu features vegetables from the organic garden and the region and fruits from their own orchard.

Onsite: The gardens are a natural extension of the surrounding rainforest and the most important plants are labeled with their scientific, English and Spanish names. There is also a swimming pool onsite which has been built with an environmentally friendly ionization system and therefore needs no chlorine or chemicals. Guests can explore independently the La Isla trail on the farm which traverses rainforest, pastures and mountain streams.
