We had an absolutely amazing experience in Costa Rica, organised for us by Giacomo. Everything ran as smoothly as clock work. Giacomo listened to what we wanted to do and the sort of experiences we were hopeful to have and made it happen. Wonderful hotels, warm friendly people and the wildlife was just spectacular. All guides were arranged for us and they were so knowledgeable, we would not have seen half the things without them. All in all, it was an amazing experience and I cannot recommend Giacomo and Naturally Costa Rica highly enough!

From the very start of talking to the team at NCR we felt they really listened to what we wanted out of our trip to Costa Rica. We had not used an advisor or consultants before on a holiday and as this was a special two weeks away, we wanted some assurance and guidance on what to do and where to do it. They matched an itinerary and schedule that fitted with our needs and adjusted or advised us when we need it. the trip went to plan, we had an amazing two weeks and each place we visited felt special in its own way. Giacoma especially checked in on us and ran through everything before we went and since got back. Our itinerary was compiled by Karen and absolutely met our wishes and expectations! We experienced the natural wonders of Costa Rica as well as learning more about the sociopolitical and cultural aspects of the Country. We toured extensively via guided car transfer, speedboat, public Ferry and light Aircraft and each connection went exactly to plan with well informed and helpful guides. Our accommodation varied from Glamping Tent to luxury Hotel and none could be faulted. We are very experienced worldwide travellers and were absolutely delighted with every aspect of our trip from the initial planning to the execution so thank you Naturally Costa Rica!

Great destination, I would definitely recommend it but only for those with a sense of adventure who value environmental protection over anything else. There are creepy crawlies, wet landings, extreme heat and humidity but in return for natural beauty and extremely friendly people

We just wanted to thank you so much for our fantastic holiday to Costa Rica. I will definitely recommend to our friends and family. You suggested a great itinerary for my 10 day request and everything worked out perfectly. We had quite a few private and shared transfers from hotel to hotel or arranged excursions and they all worked like clockwork. We were met at reception by very professional and friendly people on every occasion. It was a great peace of mind to know we had a local contact in Costa Rica even though we did not need them. We thought the price was great for the quality of hotels that we stayed in and the comfort and quality of the tours and transfers. We found that we did not need to buy a sim for our phones as most of the transport had Wifi and it was great quality in our hotels.

Our trip for four adults in January 2024 was wonderful.We saw and did much and Karen was very helpful and responsive. Nothing was too much trouble. Transfers were spot on except for one and we had a full refund for that one, and alternative arrangements were made immediately. Hotels were lovely, internal flight amazing.

Thanks, we had a wonderful time. Definitely lived up to expectations - just sad now that it is all over! The pre holiday information was brilliant and we got great use out of the wildlife guide. We found the people very friendly and kind. The country and wildlife are beautiful and inspiring and the focus on conservation is impressive. We loved how much there was on offer everywhere we went and would definitely recommend it to other families. Travelling in the wet season meant we did have some rain including a wet boat trip. On the whole it did not negatively affect the trip and we probably appreciated the slightly lower temperatures. I was glad we finished the trip in Nosara where it was sunnier.
